RAF Fiskerton is commemorated in Fiskerton village church and in an airfield memorial.

Fiskerton village church of St Clement contains a plaque in the lady chapel. This commemorates the personnel of RAF Fiskerton from 1943 to 1945. St Clement's also holds 49 Sqn's Roll of Honour.

At the airfield site a memorial stands at the side of the old runway, to the east of the minor road at TF045732.

RAF Fiskerton memorial stone

This memorial was dedicated in May 1995 to RAF Fiskerton, 49 Sqn and 576 Sqn. It takes the form of a memorial stone with two smaller stones carrying a dedication and poem which were dedicated in Jun 1997.

RAF Fiskerton memorial plaque "This stone and tree are sited on the airfield in memory of those who served here during World War II (49 Sqn Assn 21-5-95)"

Cherry Willingham village, one mile to the west, reflects the local association with the RAF in its village sign which depicts a Lancaster flying over the village's Church of Sts Peter and Paul.
